Former Wrestling Association President Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court in the alleged sexual harassment case involving women wrestlers. BJP leader Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh approached the Delhi High Court seeking quashing of criminal proceedings against him.
Brij Bhushan demanded quashing of the lower court's order regarding FIR, charge sheet and framing of charges in the case. The Delhi High Court will hear his petition on Thursday.

At that time, the news also came out that Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh's associate Vinod Tomar would also face trial in the case of sexual exploitation of female wrestlers. Brij Bhushan's associate Vinod Tomar also refused to accept the allegations against him. Vinod Tomar said that we have evidence. If Delhi Police had investigated properly, the truth would have come out, we never called anyone to the house. We have evidence. The truth will come out.
