Bihar Government Launches ‘Shram Saar-Sangrah’ to Empower Workers

Bihar's Labor Resources Minister Santosh Kumar Singh released the book 'Shram Saar-Sangrah' on Thursday. This program was organized in Pratibimb Auditorium located in Niyojan Bhawan. The main objective of this initiative is to collect departmental acts, manuals and notifications at one place, so that necessary legal information can be easily available to the workers.

Releasing the book 'Shram Saar-Sangrah', Labor Resources Minister Santosh Kumar Singh said that this book is an important effort to protect the rights of the workers of the state and promote labor welfare. It will be useful not only for the workers but also for departmental officers and other stakeholders.

Shram Saar-Sangrah will be further enriched in future

Deepak Anand, Secretary of Labor Resources Department said that this is the first edition of 'Shram Saar-Sangrah', which will be further enriched in future. New rules, acts, circulars and other necessary provisions will be added to it so that it remains updated. The first edition of Shram Saar-Sangrah will ensure that the decisions taken by the state government reach the workers, departmental officers and other stakeholders without any hindrance and share the government's vision towards labour welfare.

On this occasion, Labour Commissioner Rajesh Bharti said that this book will not only be useful for the workers but will also benefit the departmental officers, labour unions and other stakeholders.
