Kashmir was, is, and will always remain an integral part of India: India slams Pakistan at UN

Once again Pakistan embarrassed itself by raising the issue of Kashmir in the United Nations. India reacted strongly to the mention of Kashmir by Pakistan and clearly said that Pakistan has illegal occupation of POK (Pak Occupied Kashmir), which it will have to vacate. India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish, hit out at Pakistan's false claims.

Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish said that Pakistan has been constantly spreading lies about Jammu and Kashmir, but the truth is that Jammu and Kashmir was, is and will always remain an integral part of India. He also reiterated that Pakistan has illegally occupied some parts of Kashmir, which will have to be vacated immediately. India also sternly warned Pakistan to stop promoting terrorism.

Pakistan's representative in the United Nations made inappropriate remarks on Jammu and Kashmir, to which India responded strongly. Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish made it clear that repeating false claims again and again neither proves them right nor can cross-border terrorism be justified in any way.

India's Permanent Representative to the United Nations gave a clear message to Pakistan that it should stop misusing this international platform to promote its narrow and divisive agenda.

Apart from this, recently in the United Nations Security Council, Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish emphasized the historical ties between India and Afghanistan. He said that there has been a centuries-old relationship between the people of India and Afghanistan, which is the basis of our current cooperation. He also made it clear that India has been actively involved in regional and international efforts to maintain stability and peace in Afghanistan.
