Naib Saini said, 'It was a courtesy call to the Prime Minister. I have told Prime Minister Modi about our massive victory in Haryana. I have told the Prime Minister that the people of Haryana love and affection him a lot. I have completed my duty. This will be decided by our parliamentary board. The legislative party will choose its leader, whom to choose or whom not to choose is up to them. We do not have 'ifs and buts' here. Whatever order the parliamentary board gives will be valid. Whatever decision they take is acceptable to all.'
Posting the pictures of his meeting with Nayab Singh Saini on social media platform X, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote, 'Met Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini ji and congratulated and wished him for the historic victory of BJP in the assembly elections. I am confident that Haryana's role is going to become more important in the resolution of developed India.'
Let us tell you that in the Haryana assembly elections, BJP has got 48 seats out of 90, while Congress has got 37 seats. BJP has captured the state for the third consecutive time.
