Anant Ambani, the younger son of the country's biggest industrialist, Mukesh Ambani, is once again in the headlines. This time he is in the news for his spiritual journey. Anant Ambani has started a 140-km padyatra from Jamnagar to Dwarkadhish temple, which is a part of preparations for his 30th birthday. This journey has been going on for the last five days and Anant is hoping to reach Dwarka in the next two to four days. This padyatra is being compared to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra, in which Rahul also covered a long distance on foot. However, the purpose of both the yatras is different—whereas the purpose of Rahul's journey was social and political unity, Anant's journey is completely inspired by spirituality and personal faith.

Anant Ambani, who is the director of Reliance Industries, started this padyatra from his house in Jamnagar, Moti Khavdi. He is covering a distance of 10-12 km every night, so that there is no inconvenience to traffic and common people during the day. His Z+ security and local police force are present with him during this journey. Anant has taken this journey as a resolution to celebrate his 30th birthday on 10 April 2025 with a visit to Lord Dwarkadhish.

Speaking to reporters during the padyatra, Anant Ambani shared his faith. He said, "This padyatra is from our Jamnagar house to Dwarka. It has been going on for the last five days and we will reach in the next two to four days. May Lord Dwarkadhish bless us. I want to tell the youth to have faith in Lord Dwarkadhish and remember him before starting any work. That work will be completed without any obstacles. When God is with you, there is nothing to worry about." These words of Anant underline his spirituality and devotion. He also told that he is doing this journey with complete devotion and dedication, without any expectations.

This 140 km padayatra of Anant Ambani is part of celebrating his 30th birthday with a spiritual experience. He is hoping to reach the Dwarkadhish temple by April 8 and will end this journey with darshan and prayers of Lord Dwarkadhish on his birthday on April 10. Dwarka, which is considered the holy city of Lord Krishna, holds special significance for the Ambani family. The family has often visited this temple for darshan. Earlier this year, Anant had visited the Dwarkadhish temple with his father Mukesh Ambani. Apart from this, he also took a holy bath at Triveni Sangam during the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj.

The Ambani family has long been known for its religious and spiritual activities. This padayatra of Anant is also a part of the same tradition. Before Anant and Radhika Merchant's wedding in July last year, they had performed havan at the Krishna Kali temple in Narela, Maharashtra, to seek blessings for their marriage. Anant had said then, "I have come here to invite God and seek his blessings." Apart from this, the Ambani family has also made trips to Badrinath Dham and other holy places.
