Nitish Kumar Targets Over 220 Seats in Bihar as NDA Showcases Unity Ahead of Assembly Elections

In view of the by-elections being held on four assembly seats in Bihar, political stir has increased in the state. The Monday's NDA meeting at the Chief Minister's residence further increased this political temperature. In this meeting, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar set a target of winning more than 220 seats for all the constituent parties for the assembly elections next year and also gave a message of unity in the NDA.

After the meeting, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha told the media that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has set a target of winning more than 220 seats out of 243. He also said that a resolution was expressed to free Bihar from caste frenzy and those who abuse the word 'Bihari'.

Vijay Kumar Sinha claimed that all the five parties included in the NDA will achieve their goal by uniting like Panchamrit. In response to a question on coordination, he said that all the parties are together, this is true coordination, and there was also a discussion about it.

At the same time, JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar said that the leaders of the constituent parties of the NDA, state presidents and national presidents of some parties attended the meeting. Senior leaders including Chief Minister Nitish Kumar addressed everyone with a pledge of unity. It was also decided in the meeting that from the district level to the Panchayat level, people will be informed about the achievements of the Bihar government and the special assistance amount received from the Center so that Bihar's development journey can be taken to every level.

Leaders of JDU, BJP, Hindustani Awam Morcha, LJP (Ram Vilas), and Rashtriya Lok Morcha participated in this meeting.
