K.R. Mangalam University's Vice Chancellor Professor Raghuvir Singh and faculty members receive National Public Awareness Awards, highlighting their commitment to public service and national development.;

During the felicitation ceremony held at the K.R. Mangalam University auditorium, Chief Guest Vijay Gaur, President of the Bhagidari Jan Sahyog Samiti, stated that being honored is a realization of one’s commitment to fulfill significant responsibilities in the times ahead. He emphasized that true leadership means winning the hearts of people, which one achieves by proving their competence. Public awareness plays a constructive role in national development, paving the way for progress.
The session was presided over by Dr. Kiran Chaddha, retired Indian Administrative Service officer.
On this occasion, Vijay Gaur, President of the Bhagidari JSS, and Dr. Kiran Chaddha — former Joint Secretary to the Government of India, author, poet, and motivational speaker — jointly honored University Vice Chancellor Professor Raghuvir Singh, Motilal Chair Professor Mehraj Mir, and Dr. Shikha Dutt Sharma with the *National Public Awareness Award Medal* on behalf of the Bhagidari Jan Sahyog Samiti.
On the same occasion, for their remarkable contributions in the field of women empowerment, Dr. Kaveri Sharma, Dr. Inderpreet Kaur, Dr. Shikha Dutt Sharma, and Dr. Neeraj Kumari were felicitated with mementos.
K.R. Mangalam University’s National Service Scheme (NSS) was awarded the *National Public Awareness Institutional Award* (Trophy) for its exemplary work in the field of public awareness. The award was received by Dr. Neeraj Kumari, Program Coordinator of NSS.
