Panchayati Raj Department Ensures Progress Through Rigorous Monitoring and Inspections

The officials of the Panchayati Raj Department are continuously inspecting the schemes being implemented in the area. The department is also continuously monitoring the schemes to sensitize the officials and employees working in the area towards the schemes. Due to this, there is continuous progress in the schemes being implemented by the department in the area. This is providing relief to the common people and now they do not need to go to the block or district office to avail the benefits of many public welfare schemes.

Officials inspect solar street lights by visiting the area at night

Solar street lights are being installed in the Gram Panchayats under the Chief Minister Rural Solar Street Light Scheme by the Panchayati Raj Department. For the monitoring and maintenance of these lights, the department has also developed a 'centralized monitoring system' through Breda. As per the direction of the department, the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Block Development Officer and Block Panchayati Raj Officer are visiting the Gram Panchayats at night and continuously inspecting the solar street lights installed there. This is increasing the trust of the people towards the department and in case of any technical problem, its quick solution is also being ensured.

Inspection and monitoring of Panchayat Government Building and RTPS Center is continuously improving the quality

The Panchayat Government Building and RTPS centers operated in Panchayat Government Buildings are being continuously inspected by the officials and employees of the department. The Panchayat Government Building under construction is also being continuously reviewed by the officials. This has brought progress in the construction work of Panchayat Government Buildings, along with this, the quality of facilities available to the general public in the operating RTPS centers is also improving. During the field visit, the officials of the department are also getting acquainted with the problems of the common people by talking to them, due to which the quality of the schemes is continuously improving. The officials and employees of the department are resolving the various challenges coming during the construction of Panchayat Government Building by coordinating with the general public. This has accelerated the scheme. Now, out of 8053 Gram Panchayats, the selection of the above mentioned land for the construction of Panchayat Government Building is left only in 782 Panchayats.

Apart from this, other schemes implemented by the department are also progressing steadily. Panchayati Raj Department, Bihar is ensuring doorstep delivery of schemes through continuous monitoring and inspection.
