Popular singer Rekha Bhardwaj recently stopped her performance mid-song when unexpected fireworks disrupted her concert in Bhopal.

A video shared on Instagram by Amazing_Bhopal AB shows the incident unfolding during her rendition of "Lambi Judai." As fireworks suddenly began, Bhardwaj paused, closed her eyes in frustration, and commented, "These fireworks are very unmusical. They went off at a very wrong time."

Despite her annoyance, the singer handled the situation gracefully. She waited patiently with the microphone ready, even expressing concern for people in the neighborhood: "Those who were sleeping nearby must be troubled."

After the fireworks continued, Bhardwaj finally addressed the organizers directly, saying, "Can we please stop this? These fireworks. That's enough now." Only when the noise subsided did she resume her performance, to enthusiastic cheers from the audience.

Bhardwaj is well-known for her soulful voice in many hit songs including "Namak Ishq Ka," "Kabira," "Laadki," and "Genda Phool." Her impressive catalog also features memorable tracks like "Teri Fariyad," "Zinda," and "Phir Le Aya Dil."
