Revanth Reddy was born on November 8, 1969, in Kondareddy Pally village, Mahbubnagar district, Telangana, India.

He completed his schooling in Mahbubnagar and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from AV College, Hyderabad.

Reddy started his political career with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). He was influenced by the leadership of N. Chandrababu Naidu.

He served as the President of the TDP's youth wing in Telangana and played a crucial role in strengthening the party's presence in the region.

Reddy was elected as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Kodangal constituency in the 2009 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections.
