The Supreme Court has upheld the Bombay High Court decision. The court has also given relief to Rhea's brother and her father.
The Supreme Court has upheld the order of the Bombay High Court in the case of the lookout circular issued by the CBI against Rhea Chakraborty and her brother and father. According to the information, in February, the Bombay High Court canceled the CBI's lookout circular on the petition of Rhea Chakraborty and her brother and father. The order of the High Court was challenged by the CBI in the Supreme Court. Today the Supreme Court rejected the CBI's appeal. This gave a big relief to Rhea and her family.
Lookout circulars were issued against Rhea, her brother, her father and her mother in August 2020. Sushant Singh Rajput's family filed a case in Patna, Bihar demanding an investigation into his death. The case was later transferred to the CBI. The CBI had issued a lookout circular against Rhea Chakraborty and family members in the case of the death of film actor Sushant Singh Rajput. On this, Riya's family had reached the High Court. On Riya's petition, the High Court canceled the lookout circular.
34-year-old actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020. After this, both Mumbai Police and Bihar Police started an investigation after the complaint of his father Krishna Kishore Singh, a resident of Patna.
