Prime Minister Narendra Modi called Tesla and SpaceX owner Elon Musk on Friday (April 18). PM Modi had a conversation with Musk, the world's richest man. Many issues were discussed between Modi and Musk. PM Modi has shared the information about the conversation with Musk on the social media platform 'X'.

India committed to enhance partnership with America

PM Modi wrote - spoke to @elonmusk and discussed various issues. The conversation also included topics of the meeting held in Washington DC. We discussed the immense possibilities of cooperation in the fields of technology and innovation. Modi wrote - India is committed to furthering its partnership with America in these areas.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi went on a US tour on 12-13 February. Elon Musk and Modi met in America. Modi and Musk discussed the possibilities of working together in new and emerging areas like electric vehicles, energy and space at the White House. In this meeting, PM Modi gifted some special books of Indian literature to Elon Musk's three children. These included "The Crescent Moon" by Rabindranath Tagore, "The Great R.K. Narayan Collection" by R.K. Narayan, and "Panchatantra" by Pandit Vishnu Sharma.
