Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme must note that the deadline for completing the mandatory eKYC is 31st August. Therefore, those farmers who have not yet completed their eKYC formality must do so by next week. The deadline for completing the required eKYC under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) plan was previously set by the government for July 31, 2022. But now it is extended to 31st August 2022. Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 11th installment of financial contribution under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme on 31 May.

PM Modi introduced the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) program in 2019. The scheme aims to provide income support to all landowning farmer families across the country with cultivable land, subject to certain exceptions. How to do OTP-based Aadhaar authentication -   Go to PM Kisan's webpage.  Visit Farmers Corner and select the eKYC tab.  Upon entering your Aadhaar number, select the Search tab.  A 4-digit OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number you provided.  Select Submit OTP. Under the scheme, an amount of Rs 6,000 per annum is released in three 4-monthly installments of Rs 2,000 each directly into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries. In a financial year, the PM Kisan installment is credited thrice to period 1 from April to July; Season 2 from August to November; and the 3rd period from December to March.
