Who will be BJP’s new National President? Names of these two women from South are ahead

Who will be the new national president of BJP, it is being discussed everywhere in the political corridors. Who will get this responsibility after JP Nadda, this question is coming into everyone's mind and this question is natural too. Although Nadda's tenure ended last year, it has been extended. Under his leadership, the BJP has seen significant success.
The party will likely aim for continued electoral victories under the new president. There is also speculation about the announcement of the name of the new national president of BJP before Holi, so according to some sources, this decision can be taken between 14-21. Although some names are being discussed for this post, two women are also ahead in the race.
Which two women are ahead in the race?
The names of two women are also ahead in the race for the new national president of BJP. These two women are D Purandeswari and Vanathi Srinivasan. Both women are from the South.
Purandeswari is currently the state president of BJP from Andhra Pradesh and is an MP from Rajamundry Lok Sabha constituency.
Srinivasan is currently the national president of BJP's women's wing and is also an MLA from Coimbatore assembly constituency from Tamil Nadu. Along with this, Srinivasan is also a part of the party's Central Election Committee.
BJP's "Mission South"
By giving responsibility to Purandeswari or Srinivasan for the post of BJP's new national president, BJP would like to take its "Mission South" forward. Some other leaders from the South are also in the race for the new BJP national president.
At present, apart from Karnataka, BJP's position is very weak in other southern states. Be it Lok Sabha elections or assembly elections, BJP has to struggle. In such a situation, making a leader from the South the president is likely to benefit BJP in the states of South India.
Apart from D Purandeswari and Vanathi Srinivasan, the name of former Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje has also been discussed for the post of national president. Recently, the names of three BJP leaders from the South were also in the news for the post of National President. These included the names of Coal Minister G Kishan Reddy, Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Union Minister Prahlad Joshi from Karnataka.
So far, out of the total 11 national presidents, three have come from the South. These include the names of Bangaru Laxman, J Krishnamurthy and Venkaiah Naidu.
