Security Forces Eliminate 2 Terrorists in Ongoing Encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Udhampur

An encounter is going on between security forces and terrorists in the Basantgarh area of Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. According to the information received, 4 heavily armed terrorists of the Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorist group are trapped in the area. They have been surrounded by security forces. Information is being received that security forces have killed 2 terrorists in this encounter.

Police said that the area has been cordoned off and there were some rounds of firing from both sides.
