Before the assembly elections to be held next year, the construction work of metro in the capital Patna is being completed rapidly. Along with this, the Nitish government is preparing to run the metro in many more districts of the state. For this, survey work is going on at war level. Meanwhile, Gaya MP and Union Minister in the Modi government, Jitan Ram Manjhi has given a big update regarding Gaya Metro. On Thursday, through a post on social media, he informed that soon the metro will be constructed in the district as well.
In a post shared on social media, Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi wrote that our Gaya will now be known not by the name of City but by the name of Metro City. Soon the voice will be heard in the ears of Gaya residents. The next station is Vishnupad, the doors will open on the left. HAM will fulfill every promise.
After the start of Gaya International Airport in 2002, the metro project will be the second largest development work for the district. This will lead to rapid development of Gaya. This metro will not only benefit the people of the district but also the people of the surrounding districts like Nawada, Nalanda, Jamui and Banka. The construction of metro in Gaya will increase employment opportunities in the entire region and the standard of living of the people will improve.
Let us tell you that officials said that Gaya is known for its religious and historical importance. The proposed metro line here will pass near National Highway 82 (NH 82). The metro station will be near Bezaul Tetaria and Rasalpur village. After this, the metro line will also connect Bodh Gaya. Although no official route plan has been released yet, it is expected that the metro work will start from these places.
