Patna Junction to Get Traffic Relief with ₹72 Crore Underground Subway & Multi-Model Hub

Patna Junction, the busiest area of ​​Patna city, will soon get relief from traffic jams. The central and state governments are constructing an underground subway in the city at a cost of Rs 72 crore 82 lakh, which will be completed in April. At the same time, the construction of the multi-model hub being built for the convenience of the general public at the junction has been completed. It will be inaugurated soon.

Footpath and parking facility

The construction of multi-model hub and subway will improve the traffic system in Patna Junction area. There will be a provision for city bus, auto, taxi and private car parking in the multi-model hub near GPO Golambar. An underground subway has been constructed from here to connect Patna Junction, Mahavir Mandir and Buddha Smriti Park, which will provide convenience to pedestrians.

The total length of the underground subway is 440 meters. With this scheme, people commuting to Patna Junction will get great relief from traffic jam. Along with this, people will be able to park their vehicles in the multi-level parking without any problem and reach other corners of the city through the underground subway.
