Pappu Yadav had received threats some time ago. Actually, some time ago Pappu Yadav had posted about the threat being received by Salman Khan from the Lawrence gang. In the post, he had challenged the Lawrence gang and talked about ending its network in 24 hours. A few days after this, Pappu Yadav received an alleged call which he himself shared. In this, Lawrence's alleged henchmen threatened Pappu Yadav from karma to scandal. After this threat, he had demanded increased security for himself from the centre. Pappu Yadav currently has Y category security but now he wants Z category security.
After investigation, the police arrested the person who threatened Pappu Yadav. Purnia SP Kartikeya Sharma, while talking to Aaj Tak, had said that the accused Mahesh Pandey has nothing to do with Lawrence Bishnoi or his gang.
According to the information, the accused Mahesh Pandey was also in contact with some people associated with Pappu Yadav.
