NDMC Suvidha Camp: 79 Grievances Addressed, Hundreds Benefit

New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) on Saturday organised its Suvidha Camp at the NDCC Convention Centre, addressing 79 grievances and providing information to hundreds of residents and service users.

The camp, held at Jai Singh Road, saw officials from various NDMC departments, including Personnel, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Public Health, Enforcement, Commercial, Tax, and Estate Departments, interact with the public to resolve their grievances.

NDMC officials said the camp was part of the council's efforts to provide efficient civic services to residents. "We are committed to addressing public concerns promptly," an official said.

Grievances Redressed

- 79 grievances addressed on the spot

- Most grievances pertained to Personnel, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Public Health, Enforcement, Commercial, Tax, and Estate Departments

- Hundreds of residents and service users benefited from the camp

Jan Suvidha Portal Launched

NDMC has also launched the "Jan Suvidha Portal" for contactless grievance redressal. Residents can lodge grievances, track status, and provide feedback on the portal, accessible on the NDMC website ((link unavailable)).
