Janata Party Forms Bihar State Unit, Appoints Dheeraj Kumar as State President
The Janata Party has officially launched its state executive committee in Bihar, appointing Dheeraj Kumar as the State President. The announcement was made by the party's National President, Shri Navneet Chaturvedi, during a special ceremony held in Patna, the state capital.
Alongside Dheeraj Kumar, several key appointments were announced to strengthen the state unit. Uday Singh Rana, Shambhu Kumar, Premchand Pandit, Dharmendra Kumar, Munna Kumar, and Shivnarayan Singh have been named Vice Presidents. Ravi Kumar, popularly known as Antu Patel, has been appointed as Chief Secretary, while Shalini Kumari will serve as General Secretary of the party’s Women's Wing.
Addressing the gathering, National President Shri Navneet Chaturvedi remarked, “Bihar is grappling with numerous challenges, and the Janata Party is determined to work for the welfare and development of its people. With this new state unit, we aim to offer a robust political alternative that resonates with the aspirations of Biharis.” He added, “The appointment of Dheeraj Kumar reinforces our commitment to building a stronger and more inclusive party presence in the state.”
Expressing gratitude for his appointment, Dheeraj Kumar said, “I am deeply honored by the trust placed in me by National President Shri Navneet Chaturvedi. I pledge to uphold the party’s principles and work tirelessly to bring meaningful change to Bihar’s political landscape for the benefit of its people.”
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from party workers and supporters, showcasing their dedication to the Janata Party's vision. Shri Navneet Chaturvedi also outlined the party’s forthcoming strategies and plans to address the pressing issues faced by the state.
