IP University’s 24th Annual Cultural Fest "Anugoonj 25" Set to Dazzle from February 24

The 24th annual cultural festival of IP University, "Anugoonj 25", will be organized from February 24 at the Dwarka campus. This three-day cultural extravaganza will conclude on February 26.

Renowned actor Binda Dara Singh, actress Ishita Chauhan, actor Rohit Chaudhary, and President of Sahitya Akademi Dr. Madhav Kaushik will jointly inaugurate the festival on February 24.

According to Prof. Manpreet Kaur Kang, Director- Directorate of Student Welfare, students from both campuses of the University as well as around 110 affiliated institutes are participating in this mega event.

She informed that over 50 diverse cultural and musical events will be organized during this period.

This time, two new events - cartooning and story telling- are being introduced, said Prof. Kang.

Star Nights will be organized every evening. On February 24, an EDM band will perform, followed by Punjabi singer Sunanda Sharma on February 25, and young playback singer Mohammad Irfan on February 26.

The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Padma Shri Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma, stated that the effort is to make the resonance of this Anugoonj heard far and wide.
