IAS Trainee Officers of 2024 Batch Visit Bapu Tower as Part of India Tour

A total of 18 IAS trainee officers selected from across the country for the year 2024 batch from Lal Bahadur Shastri, National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie visited Bapu Tower today on 04.02.2025 as part of their India tour programme. The team of officers included officers from Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu etc.
All the officers were greatly attracted by the exhibits in various galleries. The trainee officers were impressed by the Champaran Gallery and the schemes and programmes inspired by the ideas of Mahatma Gandhi by the state government. On the said occasion, Shri Kumar Ravi, Secretary, Building Construction Department-cum-Chairman Bapu Tower Executive Committee honoured the group leader of trainee IAS officers, Ms Dipti Rohela, IAS by presenting a memento of Bapu Tower. Along with this, the remaining trainee officers were also felicitated by presenting them robes, books like Autobiography of Mahatma Gandhi- My Experiments with Truth and Neel ke Dhaatein, souvenirs etc.
After the trainee officers visited all the galleries of Bapu Tower one after the other, this structure was described as a unique, wonderful and unforgettable masterpiece and the Bihar government was also thanked for giving it a tangible form.
