Expressing his own anticipation, PM Modi declared himself a "pujari" (devotee) of Ayodhya and its people, sharing their excitement for the long-awaited day. He acknowledged the 550-year wait and urged devotees to prioritize their safety and convenience, encouraging them to visit Ayodhya at their own pace, as the "new, grand, divine" temple will stand for centuries.

To prepare for the national festivity, PM Modi proposed a nationwide cleanliness drive starting on January 14th, Makar Sankranti, at pilgrimage sites across India. This initiative, he said, will not only enhance the environment but also signify spiritual purification.

Emphasizing the harmonious blend of tradition and progress, PM Modi highlighted the Ayodhya Dham's new airport and railway station, connecting the world to the temple and fostering economic opportunities. He envisioned flourishing local businesses, including taxi drivers, hotel owners, and vendors, benefiting from the increased tourist influx.

Reminding the audience of Lord Rama's humble beginnings in Ayodhya, PM Modi expressed pride in finally providing him with a permanent abode. He urged Ayodhya's residents to embrace the coming transformation, anticipating the "endless, timeless" stream of devotees that will visit their city.

Concluding his speech, PM Modi declared Ayodhya a testament to the strength of his "Modi ki Guarantee" (Modi's promise). He assured the people that he would deliver on his commitments and work tirelessly to fulfill them.
