Bomb threat on PM Modi, mention of ISI agents: Mumbai Police alert
Mumbai Police on Saturday received a threatening message regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The message mentioned a plan to attack PM Modi with a bomb blast. The message came on Mumbai's traffic police helpline and also gave information about ISI agents. The source of the message was found to be from Ajmer, Rajasthan, after which the police immediately sent a team to search for the accused.
The message mentioned ISI agents, and it was claimed that they were planning a bomb blast to attack PM Modi. Mumbai Police has registered an FIR in this matter and has started an in-depth investigation into the matter. In the initial investigation, it is also believed that the person sending the message may be mentally unbalanced or under the influence of alcohol, although further investigation is going on.
This is not the first time that Mumbai Traffic Police has received threatening messages. Recently, Salman Khan was also threatened with death twice from the same helpline. One message said that if Salman Khan wanted to save his life, he will have to go to the temple of the Bishnoi community in Rajasthan and apologize, otherwise he will be eliminated. The police is investigating this threat, and it is being seen whether this message was related to the Bishnoi gang or it could be someone's mischief.
Mumbai Police officials say that although these threats are not being considered serious, security arrangements have been increased and no situation can be taken lightly. Police's cyber team and crime branch officials are trying to find out the source of these messages. Police say that they will try to bring clarity to this matter soon.
