Bihar's Pragati Yatra Brings ₹50,000 Crore Development Boost with 430 Approved Schemes

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's Pragati Yatra has paved the way for development and prosperity in Bihar. Through this Pragati Yatra, Bihar has received the gift of various development schemes worth Rs 50000 crore.
243 schemes worth Rs 30 thousand crore related to all the announcements made by the Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar in the districts of South Bihar have been approved. Out of these, 123 schemes have been approved at the department level and 120 schemes at the level of the Council of Ministers today.
Let us tell you, with this, a total of 187 schemes worth Rs 20 thousand crore related to the announcements made by the Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar in the districts of North Bihar during the Pragati Yatra have been approved. Out of these, 67 schemes were approved at the department level and 120 schemes were approved at the level of the Council of Ministers on 4.02.25.
In this way, to implement the announcements made during the Pragati Yatra, 430 schemes costing 50 thousand crores have been approved. Out of these, 190 schemes have been approved at the department level and 240 schemes have been approved at the level of the Council of Ministers.
During the Chief Minister's Pragati Yatra, the state has received a historic gift of prosperity. In this sequence, a total of 120 schemes for the progress of the state were approved in the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday. Out of these, 5 schemes of Energy Department, 1 of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Department, 2 of Industry Department, 1 each of Minor Water Resources Department, Minority Welfare Department and Public Health Engineering Department were approved. Thus, 4 schemes of Rural Works Department, 64 schemes of Road Construction Department, 4 of Sports Department, 6 of Urban Development and Housing Department, 16 of Water Resources Department, 4 of Tourism Department, 5 of Revenue and Land Reforms Department, 5 of Health Department and 1 scheme of Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department have been approved.
Thus, the Council of Ministers put its seal on a total of 120 schemes.
Through the Pragati Yatra of the Chief Minister, the state has got the gift of 7 medical colleges, 9 degree colleges, 14 sports complexes, 24 religious places, 9 power grids, 6 cleaning of drains, 8 industrial expansion, 7 Atal Kala Bhawans and 189 schemes related to road bridge construction.
