According to the government guidelines, even if a person lives in another city or state, he can still participate in the entire process of land survey online. For this, there is a provision to take online applications on the site of the Land Reforms and Revenue Department of the Government of Bihar, so people living outside Bihar can also apply online. Raiyat will be able to upload documents along with their self-declaration form. Apart from this, there is a provision to take offline applications in Gram Sabhas and Camp Offices. However, at the time of verification, the person living outside or his authorized representative will have to be present.
