Bihar CM Nitish Kumar offered Arghya to God Bhaskar, also visited various Chhath Ghats of Patna by ship
Bihar Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar visited various Chhath Ghats of the river Ganga, from Nasriganj Ghat of Danapur to Kangan Ghat, by water ship and wished Chhath Vratis and the state's people. Lakhs of devotees offered Arghya to the setting Sun God at various ghats of the river Ganga. The devotees on the ghats greeted Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar by raising their hands. The Chief Minister also accepted the greetings of everyone by raising his hands.
It is known that the Chief Minister has been visiting Chhath Ghats regarding the facilities of Chhath Vratis. On the instructions of the Chief Minister, full efforts have been made by the administration for the convenience and safety of the Vratis at Chhath Ghat so that people do not face any kind of problem. On this occasion today, the Chief Minister has wished the people of the entire state.

Before visiting the Chhath Ghats, Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar, along with his close family members, offered Arghya to the setting Sun, Lord Bhaskar at his residence at 1 Anne Marg and prayed to God for the happiness, peace and prosperity of the people of the state.
