Bihar: Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's Pragati Yatra program revised, new order for night stay issued
Important amendments have been made to the schedule of the upcoming Pragati Yatra of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. In the order issued by the Additional Secretary of Bihar government, Suman Kumar, it was informed that the Chief Minister's night stay will no longer be in some districts, as was informed earlier.
According to the revised schedule, the Chief Minister will follow his travel route on the following dates:
- 16 January 2025 (Thursday) – Khagaria (back to Patna).
- 18 January 2025 (Saturday) - Begusarai(back to Patna).
- 20 January 2025 (Monday) - Supaul, (night stay at-Madhepura).
- 21 January 2025 (Tuesday) - Kishanganj, (night stay at-Madhepura).
- 22 January 2025 (Wednesday) - Araria, (night stay at-Madhepura).
- 23 January 2025 (Thursday) - Saharsa (back to Patna).
- 27 January 2025 (Monday) - Purnia, (night stay at-Madhepura).
- 28 January 2025 (Tuesday) - Katihar, (night stay at-Madhepura).
- 29 January 2025 (Wednesday) – Madhepura (back to Patna).
Under this revised itinerary, the Chief Minister will stay overnight in some districts, while in other districts he will return to Patna.
This visit is being undertaken with the aim of highlighting the progress of development works in the state and monitoring the schemes being implemented in various sectors by the Chief Minister.
