All India Paramilitary Services Cultural Competition 2024-25 Begins with Grand Inauguration in Patna

'All India Paramilitary Services Music, Dance and Short Drama Competition 2024-25' was inaugurated today in a grand manner under the aegis of Bihar Secretariat Sports Foundation and under the guidance of Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board, Government of India. The program was inaugurated at 5:30 pm at Urja Auditorium, Rajvanshi Nagar, Patna, when the Chief Guest, Chief Secretary of Bihar, Shri Amritlal Meena, Special Guest, Development Commissioner of Bihar, Shri Pratyay Amrit, Chairman-cum-Secretary, Art, Culture and Youth Department of the Organizing Committee, Shri Pranav Kumar, Secretary of the Organizing Committee, Special Secretary, Finance Department, Shri Rahul Kumar ji and other dignitaries were welcomed with a bouquet. After this, tableaux were taken out by the participants from different states by marching past. Passing through the stage one by one, they displayed their artistic talent. First of all, the team of Bhubaneswar made its presence felt by taking out a tableau from the stage. The second team to pass through the stage was from Chhattisgarh. The third team was from Central Secretariat and after that was the team from Delhi NCR. In this way, the teams from each state passed through the stage one by one and greeted the dignitaries and audience present.
The cultural evening started with lighting of lamps on the stage inside the auditorium at 6:30 pm. After the book release, the guests expressed their views. As a special guest, Bihar's Development Commissioner Mr. Pratyay Amrit addressed the participants and audience present and said that it is a matter of pride that you people have come here in such large numbers from different states. He said that Bihar is the only state where along with the rising sun, the setting sun is also offered prayers. When you people go to your home-state, you should have good memories of Bihar with you. In a way, you people will go from here as brand ambassadors of Bihar and will spread the good image of this place in different parts of the country.
Organizing Committee Chairman-cum-Secretary, Art, Culture and Youth Department, Shri Pranav Kumar while addressing the gathering said that you all are welcome to the land of Bihar. It is a matter of pride that you all are taking out time to play your important role in the field of art and culture. Your enthusiasm is worth seeing. This shows that with how much preparation you all have come to participate in this competition. We are feeling proud to welcome you on behalf of Bihar Government. You all should participate in this competition with full heart. You all are very welcome and grateful.
After this, the teams of Mumbai, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Gujarat also mesmerized the audience by presenting traditional folk dances of their respective states.
