Method
Prepare the pastry dough
First, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, and baking powder well in a large vessel. Then, add vanilla essence and mix. Slowly add milk and knead the dough. Keep in mind that the dough should be kept in the fridge for 30 minutes to make it soft and smooth.
Prepare the pastry base
