We welcome the budget 2022 that focuses on the long term growth of the economy. There is also a lot of emphasis on improving the infrastructure which is another big positive. In the current budget, the government has earmarked Rs 20,000 crore toward Gati Shakti for integrated planning and coordinated implementation of infrastructure connectivity projects. Infrastructure development will help not just help in job creation but also help in attracting investment. Just like last year, the budget has laid emphasis on the Affordable housing segment. Due to the continued intervention by the government, this segment has been growing well and we hope it will continue to flourish this year as well. The digitization of land records will definitely help in faster, secure and convenient transactions in the real estate industry.
