The special thing is that Riya Singha, who recently won the Miss Universe India crown, will be seen playing the role of Mata Sita in Ramlila this time. Who is Riya Singha?
Let us tell you that 19-year-old Riya Singha is a resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Her parents' names are Rita Singha and Brijesh Singha. Currently, Riya is completing her studies at SL University, Gujarat. She started working in the field of modeling at the age of just 19 and also represented India in the Miss Teen Universe competition in the year 2023. Riya has also been crowned Miss Universe 2024.
Riya will work with Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan
Riya is going to work with Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan in the Ramlila to be held in Ayodhya, who will play the roles of Bali and Sugriva. Apart from this, Bhagyashree will play the role of Maa Vedavati, while well-known folk singer Malini Awasthi will play the role of Maa Shabari. Film star Bindu Dara Singh will play the role of Lord Shankar. Apart from this, Rakesh Bedi will be seen in the role of Raja Janak, Anjali Shukla Parvati, Manish Singh Ravana, Payal Goga Kapoor Shurpanakha, Kumara Kanhaiya Singh Bharat and Animesh Laxman.
This will be the first time that a Miss Universe India will play the role of Mata Sita. Riya Singha won the title of Miss Universe India in Jaipur on 22 September. Now she will represent India in the upcoming international beauty pageant Miss Universe.
