13 out of 15 films flopped in his career, still he owns property worth Rs 1500 crores; know who the actor is!
Stories of success and struggle are common in the world of films. Some actors shine with their first film, while some struggle to make a mark. Many times, it also happens that after a big success, the actors cannot reach that position again. There have been many star kids in Bollywood, who made a great start but could not bring stability in their career.
Today we introduce you to one such actor, who gave a big hit in his career but could not get success in the rest of the films. He has given only one hit and 13 flop films in his career. The name of this actor is Zayed Khan. Zayed Khan, who belongs to the Khan family of Bollywood, started his journey in the film industry with a great start.
Zayed, son of actor Sanjay Khan and nephew of actor Feroz Khan, had a degree in film production and business management from the London Film Academy, which made him fully prepared to enter the industry. Zayed made his Bollywood debut in 2003 with Chura Liya Hai Tumne, but his biggest recognition came from the 2004 film Main Hoon Na, in which he appeared opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The film proved to be a big hit at the box office and Zayed became a household name. However, his career did not progress after that film.
After Main Hoon Na, Zayed worked in films like Dus, Vaada, Cash and Mission Istanbul, but these films failed at the box office. By 2015, Zayed faced 13 flop films and one average hit. After this, he decided to bid goodbye to Bollywood. His last film Sharafat Gayi Tel Lene also flopped badly. Zayed had said about this, "I heard so many 'no's' that I did not even remember that I used to be a star."
Despite struggling in his film career, Zayed Khan made his mark outside Bollywood. He invested in several startups and earned a lot of wealth. According to reports, his net worth is around Rs 1500 crore. Zayed believes that one should live a simple life and avoid ostentation. He often says, "If you can buy a Ferrari, buy a Mercedes," that is, avoid extravagance and adopt financial prudence.
In 2005, Zayed married his school friend Malaika Parekh. The two met during school days and their relationship is very strong. The couple has two sons, born in 2008 and 2011. Recently, Zayed has announced his comeback to Bollywood. Although he has not given much information about his upcoming projects, his fans are eagerly waiting for his return. Balancing business and acting, Zayed is ready to start a new chapter.
