He reiterated his earlier directive for senior officers (ADGPs to SHOs) to be present in their offices from 11 AM to 1 PM on weekdays to address public grievances.

Multi-pronged Approach: DGP Yadav ordered all Commissioners of Police (CPs) and Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) to collaborate with specialized units to eradicate gangster culture and drug trafficking. He also mandated monthly crime review meetings at the district level and regular sessions to address police personnel's concerns.
