The projects spanned various sectors, including health, education, rail, road, aviation, petroleum, and civic infrastructure, underscoring the government's commitment to comprehensive development.

During the ceremony, the Prime Minister distributed appointment orders to approximately 1500 new government recruits from Jammu and Kashmir, a move aimed at bolstering employment opportunities in the region. He also engaged with beneficiaries of various government schemes as part of the 'Viksit Bharat Viksit Jammu' program, highlighting the tangible impact of these initiatives on the lives of the people.

Addressing the enthusiastic gathering, Prime Minister Modi commended the resilience of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, noting the substantial turnout despite challenging weather conditions. He drew comparisons between his earlier visits and the current event, emphasizing the collective spirit that has emerged in support of the development endeavors. The Prime Minister informed about three different venues where citizens gathered to witness the event on large screens, demonstrating the widespread participation in this significant moment.

Expressing his appreciation for the citizens' spirit, Shri Modi declared, "Today's program is not just limited to Viksit Bharat but also includes lakhs of people from educational institutions across the country." He highlighted the broad reach of the event, being witnessed by citizens in 285 blocks in Jammu and Kashmir, lauding the unity and enthusiasm of the people in the Union Territory.

The Prime Minister applauded the articulate expression of benefits by the beneficiaries, reaffirming the government's commitment to reaching every deserving individual. "I have full faith in you. We will surely create a Viksit Jammu Kashmir. Dreams that were lying unfulfilled for 70 years will be accomplished by Modi soon," he asserted.

Prime Minister Modi outlined the transformative impact of the projects, emphasizing their role in propelling education, skill development, job creation, healthcare, industry, and connectivity. He congratulated the youth for achievements such as the establishment of IIMs and IITs and the distribution of appointment letters.

Reflecting on the region's political history, the Prime Minister criticized dynastic politics, asserting that such regimes neglected the welfare of the people and inflicted losses on the youth. He expressed satisfaction that dynastic politics in the Union Territory is coming to an end.

Highlighting the government's focus on the poor, farmers, youth, and women (Nari Shakti), Prime Minister Modi underscored Jammu and Kashmir's emergence as a major hub for education and skill development. He recalled the guarantee made in 2013 regarding the establishment of IITs and IIMs in the region, emphasizing the fulfillment of that promise.
