Commercial LPG Cylinder Prices Increased by Rs 62 On The Day After Diwali

The price of LPG cylinder is fixed on the first date of every month. This time, the price of cylinder has increased on the day after Diwali i.e. on November 1. Oil companies have increased the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder by Rs 62. The matter of relief is that no change has been made in the price of domestic gas cylinder. New prices have been updated on the website of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

Let us tell you that commercial cylinders are used in restaurants, etc. An increase in their price may increase the price of food items outside. This cylinder, which weighs 19 kg, is also called a Halwai cylinder. It is blue, whereas the domestic cylinder is red.

In Delhi, a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder will now be available for Rs 1802. Earlier its price was Rs 1740. In Kolkata, commercial cylinders will cost Rs 1911.5, Mumbai Rs 1754.5, and Chennai Rs 1964.5. There is no change in the price of domestic gas cylinders. Its price remains Rs 803 in Delhi, Rs 802.5 in Mumbai, Rs 818.5 in Chennai and Rs 829 in Kolkata. Those who buy cylinders through Ujjwala Yojana will have to pay Rs 603. Let us tell you that earlier in September and October also, the price of LPG commercial cylinders had increased by Rs 39 and Rs 50 respectively.
