Many cities of the world including the country's capital Delhi and its surrounding areas are currently in the grip of severe pollution. Lahore Pakistan has become the most polluted city in the world at this time. The situation in Lahore is so dire that people there are forced to stay indoors. The air quality i.e. AQI level in Lahore has crossed 1900. According to reports, more than 15 thousand people have been admitted to the hospital in the last few days due to pollution-related problems. These people have been admitted to the hospital due to difficulty in breathing, asthma and many respiratory problems.

Many restrictions have been imposed in Lahore due to dangerous levels of pollution. This includes a complete ban on eating in the open in restaurants until the pollution level decreases. Along with this, even weddings have been banned in Lahore for three months. The government has appealed to the people to come out of their homes as little as possible until the situation improves.

In many areas of Lahore, the level of pollution is 500 times more than the limit set by the World Health Organization. At the same time, pollution in Delhi is also 50 times above the limit set by the World Health Organization. Every year from mid-October to January, the falling temperature and slow wind grip the pollution. Along with this, the problem of stubble also acts as a catalyst to increase it. Let us tell you that in Multan, Pakistan, the AQI has recently reached more than 2000.
