Spain achieved the feat of winning the title for the fourth time in the Euro Cup. No team has done this feat before. However, Spain captured the Euro Cup title after 12 years. On the other hand, the England team made their place in the final for the second consecutive time. Earlier in 2020 also they made it to the final, but had to face defeat at the hands of Italy.
