Biopics have been a trend in Bollywood for many years, and movies have been made on famous personalities of the country. The Indian film industry has presented many sports biopics that have immortalised the lives of underrated sportspersons. Now, there have been many discussions about the story of Neeraj Chopra, the gold medalist in the javelin throw at the Olympics.

Neeraj Chopra, a two-time medalist in javelin throw, has often been asked about biopics. Looking at Neeraj's beauty, he has also been asked if he will act in films. At the moment, he has not expressed his desire to come to the movies, but about the biopic, he told which actor he considers suitable for his character. He has an actor in mind, whom he considers ideal for this role and he has also revealed his name.

In an exclusive interview with Hindustan Times, Olympic medalist Neeraj Chopra openly discussed his biopic and named the actor who might be able to play his character. Neeraj did not name Ranveer Singh or Ranbir Kapoor but chose Highway actor Randeep Hooda to act in his biographical sports film. Neeraj, during his visit to the 'city of Nawabs' Lucknow on Monday, talked about why Randeep could be an excellent choice for his biopic. He said, "I don't know who will be suitable for this role in the future, but right now I can only think of Randeep Hooda. He is a great actor and is from Haryana. Whoever plays this role, will have to speak the language of that place, it is necessary."

26-year-old Neeraj Chopra also made it clear that he wants his biopic to be made only after he has done his best for his country, India. Randeep Hooda, who was recently seen in the film 'Swatantra Veer Savarkar', can be a perfect choice for Neeraj's biopic. He has already done two biopics- 'Sarabjit' and 'Swatantra Veer Savarkar'. Moreover, Randeep is from Rohtak in Haryana, and it is easy for him to speak Haryanvi, which can prove him to be a suitable selection for the film.
