This time the election of Jammu and Kashmir is going to decide the fate of Jammu and Kashmir. Since independence, Jammu and Kashmir has come under the target of foreign powers. After this, nepotism started hollowing out this beautiful state.
The Prime Minister further said that the change that has come here in the last 10 years is no less than a dream. The stones that were earlier raised to throw at the police and army are now being used to create a new Jammu and Kashmir. He said, “Remember the time when an undeclared curfew was imposed here as soon as the day ended? The situation was such that even the Home Minister of the Congress government at the Centre was afraid of going to Lal Chowk.”
This is the first visit of PM Modi after the announcement of elections in the valley. Before PM Modi's rally, two soldiers were martyred in an encounter with terrorists in Kishtwar. In such a situation, tight security arrangements have been made. BJP has entered the electoral fray alone in Jammu and Kashmir. However, the BJP has not fielded its candidates for all the seats in the valley. BJP is also supporting independents on many assembly seats. In such a situation, the BJP's focus is on winning as many seats as possible in the valley.
At the same time, Prime Minister Modi will address an election rally in Kurukshetra today in support of BJP candidates for the Haryana Assembly elections. This rally is considered very important for the upcoming elections in Haryana. BJP leaders believe that PM Modi's visit will strengthen the electoral prospects of party candidates not only in Kurukshetra but also in the surrounding districts of Karnal, Ambala, Kaithal and Yamunanagar.
