Bhagwant Singh Mann, the chief minister of Punjab, declared on Monday that the deputy commissioners will be held directly responsible for any harassment or disturbance of the public in the district offices.

The Chief Minister stated that the state government has a duty to administer the public in a transparent, responsive, and efficient manner at a meeting with Deputy Commissioners from all around the state. According to him, the Deputy Commissioners will play a crucial role in this process to guarantee that citizens receive citizen-centric services at government offices without difficulty. According to Bhagwant Singh Mann, the deputy commissioners have an obligation to make sure that residents in their districts are not inconvenienced in any way when they visit government offices.

The chief minister made it clear that any negligence in carrying out this admirable duty would not be accepted and that the Deputy Commissioners would be held responsible for any such failure. According to him, the state administration is proposing the commendable idea of establishing a Chief Minister's window in each district of the state, enabling citizens to take use of government services through them. According to Bhagwan Singh Mann, applications from members of the public seeking assistance with regular administrative tasks will be accepted by a committed official seated at this window.

The Chief Minister stated that requests for administrative work within the district should be sent to the relevant department for prompt completion. He also stated that requests pertaining to state government work should be sent to his office, from which they should be forwarded to the administrative departments for prompt resolution. According to Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Chief Minister's dashboard would be keeping a close eye on all district-level activities and soliciting public input on applications and outstanding tasks.

According to the Chief Minister, it will guarantee that the public's regular tasks are completed on schedule and without delay. According to him, the police will be keeping a close eye on this dashboard to make sure that people don't have any difficulties when completing their daily administrative tasks. Without equivocation, Bhagwant Singh Mann declared that this is the government of all Punjabis, who had given him a resounding mandate, and that they should not experience any form of inconvenience. He went on to say that his administration would make sure that all public works are completed as soon as possible.

According to the chief minister, the state government would use cutting-edge artificial intelligence techniques to ensure that public servants are present in their workplaces and providing services to the public. In a similar vein, he said that MLAs and other public representatives will have more access to the state government's operations, enabling them to work in tandem with its offices and administration to carry out citizens' requests. According to Bhagwant Singh Mann, a group of villages would be grouped together so that the unfinished business in these villages can be completed at government offices on a designated date, saving the residents from having to go from pillar to post.

According to the chief minister, this will be a groundbreaking move since the government will make sure that the public's works are given top priority by bringing the Sarkar Tuhade program right to the people's doorstep. He announced that in order to make it easier for people to find the district administration offices where they may conduct their work, special counters in the shape of welcome and enquiry centers will be installed. According to Bhagwant Singh Mann, in addition to guaranteeing that their work is completed on time, this will save people's time and energy.

The chief minister went on to say that his government had made a groundbreaking move by giving farmers access to canal water for irrigation during the current paddy season. According to him, the primary goal is to stop the groundwater level from dropping by making sure farmers use the canal water as efficiently as possible during the growing season. According to Bhagwant Singh Maan, protecting subterranean water for future generations is an urgent necessity.

The chief minister added that he will be going on a lengthy tour to evaluate local level flood preparedness before to the upcoming rainy season. He stated that in order to conduct a random inspection and evaluate the ground-level preparations, his journey on Tuesday will take him to the flood-prone areas of the Ghaggar River. In order to make sure that people have no problems during the upcoming rainy season, Bhagwant Singh Mann announced that more trips of this nature will be made in the days ahead.

The chief minister claimed that thousands of talented students who stayed up late studying for the NEET exam had their careers destroyed by the exam's leak. He stated that while it is dishonorable that the center government denied any exam leaks, the students' psyches have been damaged by this malpractice. According to Bhagwant Singh Mann, this is completely unacceptable and should be stopped by harsh measures to prevent similar behaviour in the future.

The chief minister went on to say that there is never a shortage of power in the state for any sector. Despite the ongoing peak season, he said that Punjab is a state with an excess of electricity and that no sector is experiencing a power outage. According to Bhagwant Singh Mann, this is because of the state government's diligent efforts to guarantee power supply to all sectors by enacting a number of reforms.
