Bike Used by Sanjoy Roy in Brutality Case Registered Under Kolkata Police Commissioner’s Name

After the brutality with the trainee doctor in Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College, now the eyes of the whole country are fixed on the investigation of this case. According to media reports, it is now coming to light that the bike used by Sanjoy Roy on the night of the incident was registered in the name of the Kolkata Police Commissioner.

This has been revealed during the CBI investigation. After this revelation, the question has arisen in the minds of the people that why Sanjay Roy, who works as a simple volunteer, was roaming around with the Commissioner's bike on the night of the incident.

The CBI investigation has also revealed that the same bike was used by Sanjay Roy to reach 2 red-light areas of Kolkata with his partner that night. After the revelations about the bike, Kolkata Police has given its clarification on this.

Kolkata Police has issued a post on its social media handle X and said that all the police vehicles in Kolkata are registered in the name of the Commissioner. Because Sanjay Roy was a civic volunteer who was associated with the police. Therefore, he took away the bike from the police post without anyone's permission.

Further, Kolkata Police said that some people are trying to create confusion on social media regarding the ownership of the bike. Which is wrong. The name of the Commissioner has not been disclosed in this case, but the truth that has come out about the bike has turned the needle of this case toward another person.
