Begusarai Students Win Munger Division Finals of Bihar's Sports Knowledge Contest
B.P.S. High School Team Triumphs at Mukhyamantri Khel Gyanotsav 2025 Amid Fierce Competition;

The Munger Division Final of Mukhyamantri Khel Gyanotsav 202, 5Bihar’s flagship inter-school sports knowledge competition, organized by Bihar State Sports Authority (BSSA), culminated in a vibrant and high-spirited event on Tuesday, with Raja Babu and Aman Kumar from B.P.S. High School, Birpur, Begusarai, clinching the top honours. Showcasing sharp wit, deep sporting insight, and seamless teamwork, Raja and Aman outperformed their peers to emerge as champions of the divisional round.
The first runner-up position was secured by Pratik Arya and Arpit Raj of AdarshGyanasthali, Sheikhpura, while the team of Priyanshu Raj and Manish Kumar from SimultalaAwasiyaVidyalaya, Jamui earned the second runner-up title.
The competition kicked off with a written preliminary round featuring all qualifying teams from the Munger, Lakhisarai, Jamui, Sheikhpura, Begusarai and Khagaria districts. Based on their scores, the top six teams advanced to the on-stage quiz round, conducted in a dynamic multimedia format, making for an exciting contest of sports knowledge.

Adding to the celebrations, the top three winners of the online round from each district within the Munger Division were also honoured with trophies and certificates, recognizing their individual achievements in the earlier phase of the competition.
Mukhyamantri Khel Gyanotsav continues to blend education with sportsmanship, promoting awareness and enthusiasm for sports across the state’s student community. The next Divisional Final is set to take place in Saharsa (Kosi Division) on Wednesday.
