Attempt to Derail Vande Bharat Train in Rajasthan, Case Registered
Cement Block Placed on Tracks Near Pali; Investigation Launched After Collision Averts Major Accident
A plan is being continuously implemented to derail the trains of Indian Railways as part of a conspiracy. Now a case of conspiracy to derail Vande Bharat has come to light in Pali, Rajasthan. Actually, on the night of 23 August, someone had placed a cement block on the railway track. This cement block was placed on the railway track when the Vande Bharat train was about to pass through this track. The Ahmedabad to Jodhpur Vande Bharat train was about to pass through this track at around 8:30 pm, which collided with the cement block placed on the track. However, a major accident was averted.
During this incident, about 375 passengers were sitting on the train, whose lives were in danger. After the accident, the train was stopped at the spot for a while. The driver and guard of the Vande Bharat train checked the engine and the train and then the train was sent forward. After this incident, seeing the seriousness of the matter, the railway officer registered a case against an unknown person.
Sumerpur police station SHO Bharat Singh Rawat has said that Senior Section Engineer Falna Pawan Kumar reported on August 24. It was told that on August 23, the station master of Jawai Dam railway station informed that an unknown person placed a cement block on the Jawai Dam-Biroliya (OHI Most 513/10-8). During this, the rail guard of the engine of Vande Bharat train (12462) passing through there collided. After the information, when the officers reached the spot, a cement block was found lying there.
The report said that an unknown person had placed a cement block on the downline to cause loss of life and damage to railway revenue by crashing the train. There was also a possibility of the train crashing and loss of life due to the cement block. However, luckily no major accident occurred. At present, the police registered a case and started an investigation.
Railway CPRO said that the rail guard of the train engine had been damaged due to a collision with the cement block. Due to this incident, the train was delayed by about 7 minutes. He said that someone had deliberately placed a cement block on the track to cause an accident.
