Air Force Suryakiran Jets to Perform Aerobatic Display Over Patna's Ganga Path for Shaurya Diwas

The Bihar government celebrates Babu Veer Kunwar Singh's birth anniversary as Shaurya Diwas. This year Shaurya Diwas will be organized on 22nd and 23rd April. On this occasion, the valor display of aircrafts will be seen on Patna's JP Ganga Path. This day is going to be very special for the whole of Bihar, especially for the people of Patna. All the preparations related to this have almost been completed by the administration. This will be the first time when the aircrafts included in the Suryakiran unit of the Air Force will show acrobatics in the sky of the capital Patna. Thousands of people will gather in front of the Civilization Gate of Patna to see this grand air show. Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and other dignitaries are likely to attend.

Where will parking be for whom?

During the aerobatic show, Patna Traffic Police has made extensive changes in the traffic system. To avoid traffic jams in the city and to avoid inconvenience to the people, many parking zones have been created for this. Spectators coming from Danapur and Ashoka Rajpath will have to park their vehicles at JP Setu Ghat, Digha Ghat, Ghat No. 88 and 93.

Parking arrangements have been made near Patna College Ground, Science College Ground and Krishna Ghat for those coming from Gaighat towards Sabhyata Dwar. Parking arrangements have been made at Gandhi Maidan for the crowd coming from JP Golambar. All gates will be kept open for parking vehicles on this day. So that people do not face any problem in parking their vehicles and vehicles can be easily parked from every direction.

Apart from this, parking facilities will also be available at Mahendra Ghat, Collectorate Ghat and Kadam Kuan Ghat. Parking has been arranged in one lane of JP Ganga Path for vehicles passing through the underpass of LCT Ghat.

Route diversion will be done here and there

Routes of vehicles coming from different routes of the capital have been diverted. These main diversions will be effective from 6:00 am to 11:00 am on 22 and 23 April. The approach road of LCT Ghat has been made one-way. So that people attending the air show can easily reach JP Ganga Path. Vehicles coming for another program organized at Bapu Auditorium will be parked at Gate No. 10 of Gandhi Maidan via JP Setu, Atal Path and R Block. Underground parking of Bapu Auditorium has been provided for small vehicles.

Following traffic rules is necessary, six cranes deployed

The administration has appealed to follow traffic rules and instructions. Apart from the parking space, the administration is strict about those who park vehicles here and there. For this, 6 cranes have also been arranged. Which have been deployed at six major places. Traffic SP Aparajit Lohan has also ensured that the traffic system runs smoothly. He said that this event is a proud moment for Patna. We will make it memorable with well-organized traffic.
