ACAD 2025 Competitive Phase Begins After Enthusiastic Practice Rounds
Top scorers from DPS Patna, BCM Arya Ludhiana, and Noida lead as cryptic crossword contest enters its main phase, running till October 31.;
The practice rounds of all three editions of the A Clue A Day (ACAD) Contest 2025 – ACAD, ACAD Plus and ACAD Senior – saw participants from across the country showcasing their cryptic crossword skills. The ten-day practice round, which began on January 21, 2025, saw Saptak Gupta ACAD from DPS Patna, Bhargav Vinayak ACAD Plus from BCM Arya Model School Ludhiana and Rakesh Verma ACAD Senior from Noida securing the top position.
With the completion of the practice rounds, the competitive phase has officially begun on Saturday, February 1, which will run till October 31, 2025. Prizes will be awarded every month to the top participants across all three editions in this phase.
The participant with the highest score throughout the competitive phase will be declared the Grand Winner of ACAD 2025. It is the only online daily cryptic crossword contest of its kind that attracts crossword enthusiasts from diverse backgrounds and encourages intellectual skills and a love for word puzzles.
In this exciting phase of the competition, participants will test their linguistic skills, logical reasoning ability.
