The story of the film has been written by Manmohan Desai and Brij Katyal together. Biswajit Chatterjee, Babita Kapoor, Helen and Kamal Mehra appeared in the lead roles in the film. The cost of the film was 60 lakhs and the film did a business of 1.40 crores.

Kismat (1995)
